The Role
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a range of projects within the Health sector for a large, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bristol. My client is on a large Health framework and has a range of projects that the successful candidate will pay a key role in delivering on from inception to completion.
The role is very client facing and will involve meeting with clients on a regular basis which will also allow future opportunities for developing your own clients and developing business. The Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for heading up a team. With the expansion of the consultancy in the South West this opportunity is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for quick progression to Associate level and beyond.

My client is one of the most well respected consultancies in the UK with a strong presence in the South West and Wales with strong offices in Bristol and Cardiff. Due to the diversity of clients that they deal with they are currently very busy despite the recent economic climate in the UK.
They have a strong team of over 50 in Bristol and are very strong in the Health sector along with Education. The Person
Reporting to the Associate Director you must
• Have Consultancy experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects up to £20 million.
• Be client facing and a confident communicator.
• You will need to work well within a team environment.
• Be degree qualified and ideally be a member of the RICS.
• Have experience working within the Health sector.
