It’s a numbers game

As one of Bristol’s leading creative advertising agencies, we’re pretty good at coming up with big ideas, drawing pretty pictures and writing clever words. We’ve also won our fair share of gongs, with 12 national creative awards to our name so far this year. And while our awards cabinet overflowth, our client portfolio continues to grow and includes the likes of Virgin Media, LV=, Dyson, Claire’s and 118118. And it doesn’t stop there. We’ve won over £1m of new business this year alone.
We recently acquired RAA Sprague Gibbons to create Bristol’s largest employer marketing agency, with over 40 talented people and a combined turnover in excess of £9m. Impressive numbers, we think you’ll agree. Speaking of which, we now need a highly efficient Finance Assistant to help us keep on top of all things money related.
You’ll look after our invoices, credit control, cash collection and supplier payments. No mean feat. And you’ll love working in an environment where everyone’s passionate about their work, about producing great work and, yep, having a great time doing it. And while we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we’re far from slapdash. Detail runs through everything we do and that’s why you’ll be so important. Your background’s finance. You know your Accounts Payable from your Accounts Receivable, and can turn that numerical hand of yours to most things finance related. Obviously, you’ll be frighteningly organised and will enjoy putting structured processes and procedures into an agency that can, at times, be a bit chaotic. (Hey, at least we’re honest about it.)
You’ll also need to be mobile. Initially you’ll be based at RAA’s offices in Kingswood, with regular visits to the 33 office in Kingsdown. Not ideal we know, but that’s why we’re moving in to shiny new offices at the Tobacco Factory in Southville in February next year. And we can’t wait.
