Our clients an international directories business company with offices in central Bristol are currently recruiting for a number of Telesales Consultants to join an exiting established team.
You need to be resilient, hungry to succeed and target driven. Proven experience in outbound sales is essential for this role
They dont want people to only earn the basic salary, they want people to earn at least the OTE!!!
Purpose
- Prioritise and plan workload for prospect accounts, before contact to ensure optimum use of time and adherence to channel and company strategy e.g. sector approach.
- Make outbound calls to prospect customers, to sell products and services using the sales process, to achieve performance standards both customer and financial.
- Capture and maintain customer data to ensure information is held and administered according to departmental standards.
- Product accurate and timely paperwork in line with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of, and apply the High Risk policy where appropriate to ensure the policy is adhered to.
- Continually develop own knowledge and skills to meet both individual and departmental objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience of working within an outbound sales environment dealing directly with customers and working towards deadlines/results/targets.
- Woking to a highly consultative and solution based sales process
- High commercial acumen

Training
Three week induction in Birmingham - accommodation and meals are paid for
Training is on-going, which is the reason for the small teams, to coach, train and mentor the team.
