Full Description:
Our client one of the UKs largest global wealth managers is currently recruiting for an experienced secretary to work in their Cardiff Office.
The main purpose of the role will be to support the Private Banking Team with all relevant administration. You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Cardiff team, including diary management, travel arrangements, setting up meetings and general office management / administration. You must have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner, as you will have telephone contact with clients as well as representing the companies Image in high profile situations.
You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to draw on previous experiences in order to plan events and organise functions.
Previous experience as a Secretary within Financial Services is essential.
