Job Description

CV consultants.co.uk are looking for someone to join their top-quality writing team.

We are not a typical CV writing company, we are very meticulous, go the extra mile for our clients, and genuinely believe we are the best in the business.

Consequently, we are not looking for a typical writer, nor are we necessarily looking for someone with vast experience or a Ph.D. in English literature either. Although if you do have good qualifications then all the better.

What we value most is talent, creativity, imagination, an eye for detail, writing skill, intelligence and an excellent command of English. You will also need to be a quick learner, a good listener and a bit of a perfectionist. On top of this, if you are also flexible and take a genuine pride in your work then this would also be appreciated.

It is not a matter of 'training can be given', but more a case of 'training will have to be given' because there is a lot more to top-quality CV writing than meets the eye, and there is a vast difference between a DIY CV and a professional one. You will almost certainly need to start learning pretty much from scratch, no matter how good a CV writer you think you are.
