Urgently required – Freelance Social care and Healthcare trainers for work with new training division

‘SWIIS Healthcare Limited’ is a specialist healthcare and social care company, providing a range of high quality staffing and training solutions to the health and social care sectors including; PCT’s, NHS, private hospitals, community nursing, housing, charities, voluntary sectors and drug and alcohol units. We place both qualified and unqualified staff of an exceptional standard, all of whom are provided with 24 hour management support

SWIIS has recently developed a new training division, SWIIS Training, which will provide a range of social and healthcare courses for both our workforce and customers.

Training will be at the forefront of all our services and will be utilised as a benchmark for quality when providing staff to our customers

We are therefore seeking a number of industry specific freelance trainers to deliver a variety of courses;

• CQC Mandatory courses
• Learning Disabilities courses
• Supporting People courses
• Housing and Benefits courses
• Mental Health courses
• Substance Misuse courses
• Young Persons courses
• Older Persons courses

The trainers will work as part of the SWIIS team in the overall development of the training division, in particular course content and training materials. A number of ‘key’ trainers will also work as ‘lead’ in providing SWIIS with continued updates in respect of all current and new legislation.

All trainers will need to have a proven track record in their area of expertise, which will be demonstrated through our stringent recruitment process and successful references.

Travel within the South West may be involved, however initially, we expect the majority of the training to be undertaken at our Bristol office location.
