Job Description

Home Manager - £28,600 - £32,000 - Bristol Our client are a health and social care charity who specialise in providing residential and community care services for people with learning disabilities, older people and adults with mental health needs, including dementia. Our services cover the areas of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath, Gloucestershire and North Somerset. We are currently seeking an experienced manager to join our team. Main duties are to take overall responsibility for all aspects of managing and developing a home that will meet the service users' overall holistic needs and aspirations and to show leadership and enthusiasm to develop and lead a team to provide the best service. To be overall responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care. To be overall responsible of ensuring that the values contained in the Trust's mission statement and service aims are put into practice by all staff. To be overall responsible for the management, development and assessment of all staff working within the service. Ideal candidate will be RMN/RNMH or equivalent and have a minimum of two years management experience within a similar setting.
