Experienced substance misuse support workers required in the Bristol, Wiltshire & South West region for short and long term projects and ad hoc shifts

Essential Requirements
• At least 1 year’s recent experience in a similar field
• An understanding and knowledge of issues facing the service users
• A creative approach to empowering service users to achieve their goals
• Experience of compiling and following support plans
• A commitment to the care and well being of service users
• Dedication to continued professional and personal development
Desirable
• Car driver or a willingness to travel
• Current enhanced CRB
