Our booming Online Recruitment Company located in Bristol’s City Centre is looking for enthusiastic, self motivated and career minded people to work as New Business Consultants in our fast-paced environment. You will be a graduate or of graduate calibre and have either sales experience or strong commercial experience and a confident telephone manner.
You will be ambitious, money motivated and resilient in nature.
This is an ideal role for a successful sales person who is looking for the next stage in their career and an increase in financial rewards and personal development with genuine opportunities to grow into management.
THE REWARDS
Salary: Circa £20K basic plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION - one of the best commission schemes in the market, and performance related - the better you do the higher your commission rate!! The OTE in the first year would be a very realistic £35 to 50K

The successful New Business Development / Sales Consultant can expect a strong, fruitful career with fantastic opportunities for progression into Management.
Applicants for this New Business Development / Sales Consultant\'s role MUST have:
• Excellent communication skills – written, face-to-face and verbal
• An impeccable work ethic and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
• An ability to work under their own initiative and source their own leads
• Good IT skills
• Experience in Flat-Fee / Online Recruitment is not essential, but would be advantageous
• A proven track record in Sales, Recruitment, Recruitment Advertising or Recruitment-orientated New Business Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales or similar B2B Sales would also be advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
The individual will be working as a New Business Development / Sales Consultant in a fun office environment.
