A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to work on-site within the Managed Service team of a blue chip client in North Bristol. This role would suit somebody who enjoys the activity of candidate resourcing, but wants to work in a role where a steady flow of vacancies are provided. Role Responsibilities * To pro-actively target and resource suitable candidates for every sales vacancy released. * Use and develop pro-active candidate attraction strategies across the sales directorate. * Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, including negotiating offers to ensure the best candidates are recruited for our client. Person Specification * A proven track record of pro-active candidate resourcing, through methods such as head-hunting and networking. * An understanding of sales recruitment. * A proven track record of talent pool management. * Excellent organisational skills. £18-24k + Commission Please press \'APPLY NOW\' to ensure your CV reaches us today.
