Job Description
The Role:
A leading banking group is currently recruiting for an experienced Planning Manager to work within a commercial change management division responsible for the delivery of a dynamic portfolio of change initiatives, projects and programmes.
You will be required to plan, lead and facilitate regular programme meetings to control multi-level plans whilst engaging with key individuals and staging appropriate stakeholder events to generate buy-in to the programme plans.
You will work with individual Project Managers to build coherent plans whilst proactively identifying changes in work scope and ensuring appropriate planning measures are taken to re-assess, re-negotiate and amend plans.

The Candidate:
It is essential to have excellent Planning experience within banking/financial services. Experience of major Programme Planning and ability to bring a complex plan to clarity. You must understand programme/project delivery life cycles, have the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and advanced MS Project and Excel skills are essential. The ability to work to very tight timescales with good planning and organizational skills is essential. We will only be able to consider pure programme planning managers for this opportunity.
