Job Description

Fantastic manor house hotel situated in several acres of parkland are currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to assist in leading and motivating the existing brigade. This hotel has just undergone a massive refurbishment. The hotel has over 10 bedrooms, a beautiful 30+ cover restaurant and excellent leisure facilities.

The Role:- As Senior Sous Chef you will be working closely with the hotels highly accomplished Head Chef. You will be responsible for assisting in running and leading the brigade. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality establishment. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. All candidates should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.

Qualification/Experience:- The ideal candidate will have previous experience of catering for corporate functions and weddings and have previous experience within a similar quality property. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and an intermediate food hygiene certificate is desirable.
