| The Job To design, deliver, facilitate and evaluate a wide range of training solutions in a multi-site environment encompassing a variety of styles and topics in order to meet departmental targets and business needs including working to hours driven by the business requirement. This role will involve a high volume of training authoring, enabling training support for the integration of new operating systems, processes and products. The Skills Essential - Demonstrable knowledge of current policies, products and processes. This should include understanding of appropriate regulatory requirements. - Proven ability to support and mentor less experienced team members by acting as point of reference and technical/training excellence and by coaching line resources who assist with training. - Experience of working in/with a training department within a call centre & financial services environment, including proven experience in the delivery of a range of training topics/activities. - Proven experience of successfully coaching front line staff - Experienced in facilitation (2-10 people) and the delivery of information across a range of topics and using a range of mediums. - Recognised coaching qualification or equivalent relevant experience. |
