| Working in Bradley Stoke you'll be working for a well known and well establised facilities management company. They offer free on site parking and this role is temporary to permanent. You role will involve being the first point of contact for companies who have facility issues and recording them on the in-house database, you will then have to contact the local engineers and ensure they change their priorities for the day ensuring that the urgent jobs are dealt with promptly. You will have to record the phone calls and any issues that arise in the day. You will have to chase the engineers for their paperwork relating to the jobs they've completed and file these. You will have a pleasent and professional telephone manner being clear and concise on the telephone and also being calm with customers.
