| This fantastic company are looking for a dynamic and out-going individual to join their fast growing team. Based at Aztec West, Bristol you will have free on site parking with excellent access to the motorways. If you don't drive they offer a free bus service from different areas in Bristol so getting there is very easy. The key purpose of this role will be to increase the number of clients and amount of external business conducted by Operational Systems Centre. To sell benefits of services offered and represent the company in a professional and positive manner. You will require to cold call clients and deal with the general administration that surround the leads you generate. KEY POINTS: To increase business units revenue in key areas; To create and exploit leads to new customers via phone, mail and e mail; To respond to incoming enquiries as required; To issue to and negotiate simple terms and conditions with new clients; To research and monitor competitive position in market;· To increase the number of new clients; To assist Service team leaders with existing client relationship management when required; To assist in developing new routes to market via for e.g. the internet; To monitor and report new business figures to line manager and service team leaders; To assist line manger in development of larger clients and key accounts; Undertake additional ad hoc activities as required by line manager and service team leaders. Essential Skills and Experience required (note if desirable) Some telesales or internal sales experience – essential. Ability to work independently and upon own initiative – desirable but not essential full guidance and mentoring will be given. Enthusiastic, able to adopt a flexible approach to varying workload - essential. Full clean driving licence – desirable but not essential. Computer basics required in Word, Office and Excel – desirable but not essential. Conscientious, attentive to detail, customer focused, able to prioritise workload, good communicator both verbal and written - essential. Good Communication skills – essential.
