Technical Hire Manager required to work within one of the largest conference production and event staging companies in the UK.
The candidate will assist with the running of the hire diaries for their branches in Bristol, Swindon and Cardiff.
Duties to Include:
Arranging and supervising the movement of equipment throughout the branches and venues
Monitoring the technical hire team / drivers workload and hours
Dealing with clients on a daily basis interpreting their Audio Visual requirements
Drawing up and furnishing technicians with dockets / briefs.
The candidate will oversee the departments equipment stock levels, maintenance, logistics between branches and purchases.
Knowledge / Experience:
A full understanding of a of AV equipment this is essential for this role (i.e. sound, lighting, projection etc.)
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in administration, general office duties.
Excellent telephone manner
Pleasant personality.

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 & 10:00 - 18:00

Salary:
£20,000 - 22,000 DOE
