Full Description:
Our clients, based in central Bristol, have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst Programmer to join an existing team

Job Purpose
To specify, develop, test, implement and maintain programs and systems proficiently, in accordance with current development standards

Key Accountabilities
- Assist with the estimating of work to be undertaken
- Keep accurate records of all work undertaken and submit details timesheets for approval
- Provide verbal and / or written reports of work undertaken
- Identify, asses and manage any risks to the success of your work programme
- Under supervision, carry out any or call of the technical task of analysis and programming throughout relevant stages of the system development life-cycle, ensuring work is completed within defined timetables. This included but is not limited too:
* The investigation, analysis and documentation of user requirements, processes and procedures
* Producing program specifications and design documents
* Writing new or amending / correcting existing code and preparing language or package being used
* Preparing and executing structured unit test plans
* Preparing and handling over any operational documentation required by IT production

Monday-Friday
