As a Project Management Practitioner, you’ll begin by managing low complexity, low risk project work from beginning to end. You’ll need to have experience of PRINCE2 or an equivalent structured method, compounded by experience across the full project lifecycle, from initiation or review to building and managing teams, as well as monitoring quality, finance and progress within tolerance.
