| The recruitment of staff into the Contact Centres industry is a hugely expanding market and this represents an excellent opportunity for an individual with the drive to capitalise on that growth. Your role as Key Account Handler will involve generating excellent relationships with key client accounts in the Bristol area, taking job specifications, understanding the key drivers of the client and generating a pipeline of perspective candidates. This opportunity offers the benefits of a well-established portfolio of existing business with the added opportunity to develop new relationships and grow the portfolio. Applicant Management/Generation · Preparation of recruitment marketing · Effective pre registration and screening of applicants · Interviewing all relevant applicants · Proactive marketing of candidates · Attending candidate promotional events · Adhere with Company procedure and legal requirements in respect of references, qualifications checks and security checks · Updating the candidate database inc non actives · Gaining leads/referrals from existing applicants · Preparation of candidate CV and profiles, as necessary Job Filling & Client Management · Take and record comprehensive job and person specifications as appropriate · Pre select and sell candidates over the phone · Short list and submit CV’s or candidate profiles as appropriate · Arranging interviews where appropriate · Aftercare all temporary starters/client and applicant · Client visits · Sell on/offline solutions · Provide interview feedback to clients/candidates · Gain exclusivity Business Planning And Reviewing · Attend office/regional team meetings · Compile monthly/quarterly business plans for approval by manager · Prepare daily plans · Complete activity plan |
