Working with an established team in a fast paced environment, our consultants are responsible for assignments from inception through to completion. You will be involved in the generation of new business, developing strong client relationships, candidate sourcing and selection, career advice to salary and contract negotiations. Ultimately Hays’ recruitment consultants are responsible for the success of their own business.
