Salary: £15,300 + benefits

Our client is a leading worldwide financial services group operating in many different insurance markets and boasting many market leading brand names.

Due to their success they are currently looking for outgoing and confident candidates to work within their motor recoveries team based in their modern central Bristol office.

You will be responsible for managing your own case load of motor insurance claims from receipt through to completion by liaising with 3rd party insurers, clients and customers, etc. This will involve adopting a pro-active approach to your work by prioritising your daily workflow, working towards set service levels and resolving any problems quickly and efficiently.

Successful candidates will have previous customer service experience along with a high standard of communication skills and a good telephone manner.
