Full Description:
My client is looking for an operator who will be the main point of contact for a large client base, and support the team of Trainee Freight Account Managers.

The main duties are;
To process bookings from clients/overseas agents either by telephone or fax and input onto the computerised system
Liaise and organize the movement of cargo with all relevant parties
Accurately, promptly and continuously liaise with all relevant parties if complications arise until a satisfactory conclusion is reached
Carry out the processing of sales and purchase invoices in accordance with Company standards
Give assistance to other team members as and when required
To profile specific market requirements and/or existing customers to develop their business further

The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9-5.30.
