| Due to successful growth our clients a leading Insurance company based in North Bristol are looking for a Sales & Service Manager. The Job: - To manage Sales & Service activity within a Regional business unit, achieving sales & customer service targets enabling delivery of the business plan within budget whilst reinforcing the companys Group brands. - Strong Change Management Experience including Project Management. - This role will initially for the first 6-9 months be focused on driving several change initiatives across Bristol, Bournemouth and Croydon Sales and Service Teams. - Therefore the successful candidate will have demonstrated change management practices including, process, systems and people. - Strong People Leader - Following completion of the project work mentioned above, the candidate will then fulfil a role within Bristol of a Sales and Service Manager. - Previous knowledge of General Insurance is essential Experience: - Proven experience of effective leadership and management of teams of people in a Sales focused contact centre environment; - Enjoyment and experience of leading and working to department wide quality, volume and conversion targets and initiatives and achieving these; -Good understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements that will affect the customer experience and operational processes in the contact centre; - Proven track record of building effective working relationships with the ability to lead, motivate, develop and inspire others to achieve their full potential; - Ability to travel across the 3 sites on a flexible basis for the first 6-9 months of the role is essential.
