Due to successful growth our clients a leading Insurance company based in North Bristol are looking for a scheduler.
The Job
To support the achievement of KPIs and consistent real-time delivery of service levels to the contact centres within GI Operations.
The skills
- Demonstrable Knowledge of resource planning and operations methodologies, likely to have been gained in a similar or team leader role.
- Experience in the use of workforce management tools desirable (e.g. Aspect, Q-Max, Contact central)
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrable understanding of conflicting priorities and within a contact centre environment.
- Flexibility to working arrangements, working contact centre operating hours on a shift basis
- Ability and flexibility to learn new skills and adopt working practices
- Assertive positive approach
- Excellent communication, Influencing and negotiating skills - phone, face to face and written
Hours of work:
-37.5 Hour week - Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
