| Our clients based in North Bristol are looking for an experienced Site Services maintenance person to maintain 7 of their buildings in Bristol and 3 in Swindon. A company van will be supplied but you must have a full clean driving licence Key Duties - Replacement of failed lamps - Basic plumbing and carpentry - Basic decorating - Furniture and office equipment removals - Maintenance of automated conveyor systems within the warehouses Other general DIY tasks - Any other duties, which may reasonably be requested from time to time. - This job description/person specification will be subject to regularly review/revision as identified by regular appraisals or updated employment legislation. Experience - Previous experience and knowledge of maintenance - Must have full clean driving licence Hours The standard week is normally 40 hours over a five-day week inclusive of a half an hour lunch break each day. Hours of attendance are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm. There will be a requirement on occasions to work unsocial hours and weekends.
