| We are currently looking to recruit a Product & Packaging Design Executive reporting to the Product & Packaging Design Manager to cover maternity leave. This roles main purpose is to support the Design Manager and design team by managing the day-to-day process and workload for product and packaging design projects. Main Accountabilities: Support the Product & Packaging Design Manager in the delivery of product & packaging design projects Create project plans to deliver and monitor progress to plan and update the team. Monitor spend to budget Manage workflow of internal and freelance designers and artworkers Main Activities: Support the Product & Packaging Design Manager in the delivery of Product & Packaging design projects Effective planning and scheduling, including management of relevant external sources Negotiation of costs with suppliers and management of budget Brief creative to designers (internal & external) Ensure design integrity is followed through to final artwork Manage timescales to meet production needs Key Competencies/Qualifications/Skills: Knowledge of design, photography and print processes Experience of account/production in a design agency or similar Excellent project and people management skills Strong communication skills Capable of building relationships at a senior level Highly organised and calm under pressure Initiative to get things done to meet tight deadlines |
