Job Description As an assistant manager you will be responsible for assisting the general manager in operating all aspects of the business. In this role effective communication is key and you must ensure excellent standards of customer service at all times. As assistant manager you will also be responsible for the training and development of your team, ensuring this is carried out to the company standard so that you and your team can achieve your full potential. As a branded operation you will be required to work to company standards. Required Experience Successful applicants will be able to display reasonable financial understanding and be able to complete a basic stock take and analyse the result, read a basic profit and loss report and complete all end of day paperwork. You should have experience of staff training and be able to motivate and inspire your team. As a minimum you must have worked in a supervisory capacity running a team of no less than 20 people for 2 years or more. Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is 17000 and a competitive benefits and bonus package are available.
