| Deputy Restaurant Manager - West Sussex - Up to £22,000 Superb package for an experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager, including strong basic salary of up to £22,000 performance related bonus and great career progression. This is a fantastic opportunity for a great Deputy Restaurant Manager to join a renowned and award winning Pub Restaurant operator with units nationwide. They are renowned for delivering first class food and service in superb environments. They currently have vacancies in the Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex areas for experienced Deputy Restaurant Managers. As Deputy Manager you will assist the General Manager to drive the business forward by focusing on team training and development, quality and consistency of service delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The key areas of performance will be food and liquor stock control, guest complaints ratio, labour control and top line sales all against set budgets, for which you will be fully accountable. You will be a passionate and driven Deputy Manager who has experience within a quality driven or branded food pub or restaurant. With excellent communication and man management skills you will be a confident leader and motivator, capable of getting the best out of your team to achieve impressive results. Experience of a food led business with a turnover in excess of 20k a week is desirable. Personal drive, commitment and an ambitious personality would be key attributes for the successful applicant.
