| Deputy Restaurant Manager - Brighton up to £22000 plus Great Bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Restaurant Manager to join an energetic and vibrant company. This is a fantastic role for an experienced assistant manager who wants to pursue a long fulfilling career within a company who focus on its vibrant Latin culture. Job Description - Deputy Restaurant Manager As Deputy Restaurant Manager you will focus on the smooth day to day running of the business so that every customer receives a tailor made package of the highest standard. You will be responsible for driving sales and assisting in achieving budgeted margins. By leading by example, you will train and develop your team and ensure all standards are maintained. As a "hands on" Deputy Restaurant Manager you will embrace the fun working culture. Required Experience You will currently be working as an assistant manager within a high volume restaurant. You will have a strong passion for fresh food and exceptional service. You must be energetic and personable with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Salary and Benefits The salary is up to £22000 with a fantastic bonus structure and quarterly incentive schemes. In addition the company offers intensive training and development.
