| General Restaurant Manager - Chichester - £30K+ Package Are you looking to work within an exciting company with great prospects??? One of the leading Italian restaurants are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to work in this beautiful busy site. The company are known for producing fresh food, cooked to order, in lively environments. They are currently rolling out a brand new menu and concept so it is an exciting time to be joining this progressive company. Job Description As General Restaurant Manager you will have full accountability for the running of this restaurant. A hands on role will be required to support your team and ensure brand standards are carried out. Through leading by example you will look to motivate and drive the team to deliver and meet the high expectations that people have come to expect from the brand. With full financial accountability for your site, you will look to build on top line sales whilst maintaining costs to set budgets and look at new ideas to maximise profit. Recruiting, training and developing your team, including management, you will work together to build on established customer relations, whilst becoming an integral part of the community. Required Experience You will be an experienced Restaurant Manager from a branded background or an Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to progress to the next role. With strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a good understanding of the operational and financial side of the business, someone who can work under pressure and respond to situations in a pro-active manner. With a passion for producing great food and creating a welcoming buzzing environment you will look to inspire and develop your team. A strong minded individual who leads by example and who wants to work for a leading company who can help and support you to reach your potential. Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is £25000. A fantastic bonus, can be achieved on a quarterly basis.
