| General Manager - Bristol - New opening - 24000 + 4k bonus + tips = £30000 - 32000 NEW OPENING Brand new company to Bristol City exciting new venture! This is a brand new company opening in the new centre of Bristol. The site will be fresh food focused a range of Eastern Asian cuisine similar to other well known brands yet a broader menu and a newer concept. The site will have inside and outside seating and will take off very well the concept having taken extremely well in other cities. Job Description: As General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running a very successful business including implementing and maintaining brand standards, planning and organising the management team to ensure that all shifts are carried out with maximum guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for a the team of around 10, and although you will report into the Area Manager, you will run the site as it was your own. Successful candidates will be highly dedicated, professional and possess excellent communication skills, along with having a passion for great service within a high volume establishment. Required Experience: * The ideal candidate needs to be extremely strong, with proven experience in fresh food. * You would need to have a solid, proven experience in handling volume business over 100cvs * Evidence of P+L accountability. * You will need to have the ability to motivate others, be a team player and share your passion for quality and service. * As General Manager you will need to be able to drive the business from the floor and run the business as it were their own.
