| My client is a well-known hotel group with properties throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced Training Manager to develop training solutions and programmes that support the business aims and embrace the culture and values of the organisation. This is a field based position that requires extensive travel throughout the UK. The starting salary for this role is up to £35,000pa plus car and company benefits. Job Description Supporting the Group Training Manager, you will work in a complete generalist capacity, managing the training cycle and ensuring all employees reach their career potential. You will be actively involved in the design and delivery of the Group Training Plan and associated training materials including brand programmes, statutory training, legislative training, management development and Group initiatives. Required Experience * You will have held a Training role for at least 5 years preferably within the hotel industry * You will have experience of producing a range of training programmes for staff and managers * You will have sound knowledge of employment law, health and safety, fire and food hygiene * You will be fully experienced presenting training using a variety of methods * You will have sound employment law knowledge including Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Fire Safety regulations * You will be an excellent communicator and a true team player * You will ideally hold the CIPD qualification This is a field based position requiring extensive travel within the UK and Europe and regularly staying away from home (3 or 4 nights a week).
