This Fantastic Red Star Hotel having gained 3 rosettes for the a la carte restaurant is one of the leading Hotels of the UK and its kitchen is currently pushing for it's first Michelin Star. Our client has worked extremely hard to get to such a high standard and has built up a reputation that is untouchable by rival competitors, with its forward thinking and highly dedicated team of chef's this Hotel and Restaurant has a lot more to give. Job Description As Chef De Partie Pastry you will working along side the Head Pastry chef in this 3 rosette kitchen Duties range from making fresh cakes and pastries for afternoon tea`s through to deserts for the highly rated a la carte restaurant.
