My client, one of the leading financial service providers in the country is looking for a Regional Retail Sales Compliance Coordinator to manage their South West territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Retail Sales Compliance assistants. Providing a high quality of service and support to the Sales Compliance function, by coordinating and owning the production of accurate & timely MI. Utilising available data to pro-actively identify compliance breaches & work closely with Retail Sales Compliance Managers to drive resolution Duties will include; · Lead & develop the Retail Sales Compliance assistants · Carry out HR & performance management process’ · Monitor national / local incentive programmes to ensure they are compliant · Conduct mystery shops where & when necessary · Stand in for compliance manager in meetings and or investigations when necessary · Work with other departments to build and develop new targeted MI reports to help improve efficiency of department · Supply concise and timely data to Retail compliance controller · Compliance representative for internal project meetings · Identify and share best practice within and beyond the team & implement where practicable · Organise the analysis CCRP/ Cancellation /Performance data to identify potential issues & then conduct review if necessary escalate to the Retail Sales Compliance Manager, driving improvements to processes were necessary. · Manage the recording of compliance actions utilising spreadsheets and databases ensuring all deadlines are met · Produce standard and ad hoc reports for clients and the business on Mystery Shopping performance across all clients highlighting areas of risk · Analysis of the customer complaints data to determine what and when audit actions should take place · Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure loop is closed on all tasks in conjunction with compliance manager · Maintaining records for all Compliance activities, chasing and escalation where necessary · Co ordinate the archiving/version control for; o Meeting action reports o Audit Reports o Mystery Shopping action reports o Store level action reports o Train the trainer assessments |
