| Business Development Account Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Account Manager to join a leading law firm with over 1,000 staff across seven UK locations. The purpose of the Business Development Account Manager role is to drive the firm's strategy relationship to priority clients and client relationship management. Responsibilities: Compiling client development plans Managing the CRM team and schedule of CRM meetings Assisting with the drafting of service level agreements and relationship Developing and maintaining the CRM database Planning and preparing for client meetings Building a calendar of events and marketing activity Identifying opportunities to put in place a schedule of tailored and bespoke events Supporting client bids, tenders and proposals Working with the Bids & Tenders Team to provide strategic input to the bid process Working with the Division Heads Skills: The ideal candidate will be degree educated and have specialist business development exposure typically gained through professional services Demonstrate understanding of business and industry within the context of the financial services sectors Substantial experience and confidence in advising senior internal stakeholders Commerciality of approach to developing client relationships Demonstrable and strong communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility of approach to dealing with changes of environment |
