| Motor Claims Negotiator Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £19,000 Benefits include Pension, Gym Membership, Parking and Bonus Scheme A Senior Claims Negotiator role has arisen within a leading and rapidly expanding Legal Firm. The purpose of this role is to provide ULR claims handling services to customers to meet service levels and business objectives. Responsibilities: Handling your own portfolio of claims Identification of personal injury files, credit hire arrangements and other associated products that may be appropriate To control a personal portfolio of claims from notification to settlement Maintain and update technical knowledge and keep up to date with legal and technical developments To develop and maintain high standards of time/case management Handle accurately the assessment of a customer's legal liability Deal with work in a concise, accurate manner to provide quick advice to the client Skills and Experience: Previous Motor Claims experience including dealing with ULR would be beneficial Good IT skills, Time Management and a Team focus Professional telephone manner |
