| Probate Legal Advisor Salary: £16,500 - £17,200 + Commission Location: Bristol A fantastic opportunity has arisen for individuals seeking a rewarding Legal career within an established, and highly ambitious legal firm as a Probate Sales Advisor. This is an Inbound Soft-Sales role from Legal Service Enquiries by existing customers, where calls must be handled with sensitivity and tact, not aggression. You will be fully provided with comprehensive training in all areas of probate, and opportunities to develop your career within this progressive organisation. Our client provides a fantastic benefits package including 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), Gym Membership and free parking Duties and Responsibilities: Convert a consistent amount of potential Probate leads into fee earning work for the regional Probate consultants Be understanding to the sensitivity of the customer's situation Accurately assess key facts and legal consequences, liability and immediate advice Proactively manage each call from initial inception through to conclusion Provide concise, accurate and compassionate advice to the client in their time of need Skill: A - Levels or equivalent experience dealing with Probate Experience in working within a target driven environment Demonstrate excellent communication, and customer service skills Demonstrate the desire to develop your understanding of the Law and further your career We look forward to receiving your application should a role be of interest to you.
