| Construction Site Manager. Bristol. £37,000 - £39,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus My client is renowned for its innovation and commitment to delivery on time and on budget. Working mainly within PFI, public sector frameworks and private sector partnerships, they have also built a market-leading reputation for the conservation and restoration of some of the UKs most famous historic buildings. They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to Work on Projects in and around the Bristol area. As the successful candidate you would be responsible for the daily running of any one of their up and coming projects worth up to £10 million. As well as this you will Manage subcontractors and ensure they are working safely and efficiently, with all trades co ordinated. Attend contract review meetings and present site overhead costs. Monitor and project overhead costs with the site surveyor. Prepare reports and attend progress meetings. Chair subcontract site meetings and produce meeting minutes. You must already be working in a similar role or have experience with a national contractor on large projects. You will be an excellent communicator and work well under pressure to strict deadlines and budgets.
