| *** Exciting and rewarding careers in call centre management *** Resource Direct is currently looking for experienced team leaders and managers to head an inbound sales team of roughly ten associates working for a very reputable employer The company is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. They manage over 2 million members and customers. They are extremely customer focused and very proud of the fact that they put their customer’s needs first in every situation. Your role will be to lead, motivate and develop a contact centre team to provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of service; focusing on dealing with customer enquiries and pro-actively selling and promoting products and services to new and existing customers in the contact centre, so that their requirements are fully satisfied and to contribute personally to the growth of the business To apply for this role you will need: • Proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a Sales/Customer Service environment; • Enjoyment and experience of working to quality and productive targets and achieving these; • Ability to lead and motivate others. • Experience of working in a contact centre and an understanding of how to manage teams well in this environment • Ability to navigate around computer applications effectively, preferably around Microsoft Windows; • Ability to deal with a diverse range of people issues. • Excellent communication skills. • Business Processes knowledge • Experience of providing successful coaching and feedback • Relevant experience in a customer sales/service environment In return for your skills and experience you will receive a basic salary of circa £25,000 with performance and team related bonuses. You will be given training and support from a large financial services provider and you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
