| *** A rewarding career in customer services *** Resource Direct is currently looking for hard working and reliable individuals to work in the customer services department of a successful insurance company with offices based in North Bristol. The company you will be working for is one of the largest independent insurance groups in the UK. They have been trading for over 40 years and currently have over 400,000 individual customers. You will be part of a team of 16 customer service advisors and you will be directly supported by a team leader and the customer services manager. This opportunity is based in a call centre and your daily role will involve answering calls from customers, dealing with policy queries, making policy adjustments and processing cancellations. From time to time you will also assist the sales team by providing insurance quotations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be recognised by their employed for their hard work and contributions. You will be given an attractive basic salary, an extensive training and development program and a friendly and supportive environment to work in.
