| *** HIGH EARNING SALES OPPORTUNITY – NO COLD CALLING *** Resource Direct is currently recruiting for an exciting telesales opportunity based in Bristol. We are helping to build a team of friendly, target driven and money motivated individuals to work in an exciting new call centre development in the heart of one the city’s largest business communities. Our client is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Operating within the financial services industry they manage over £7.5 billion in assets for over 2 million members and customers. They are extremely customer focused and very proud of the fact that they put their customers first and provide a very consultative service in every situation. Telesales or financial experience is not essential for this role although it will help. Above all else you must possess exceptional communication skills, a tenacious and target driven attitude and a genuine desire to be a high achiever and be on top of your game at ALL times. (Retail and hospitality experience is considered). In return for your on going commitment you will be given a competitive basic salary with regular reviews, an uncapped commission structure with a 1st yr OTE of £19’000 +, a final salary pension, staff discounts and 22 days holiday with the opportunity to buy more.
