We are helping to build a team of friendly, professional and customer focused individuals to work in an exciting new call centre development in the heart of one the city’s largest business communities. Our client is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Operating within the financial services industry they manage over £7.5 billion in assets for over 2 million members and customers. They are extremely customer focused and very proud of the fact that they put their customers first in every situation. Call centre or financial experience is not essential for this role although it will help. Above all else you must possess exceptional communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide the highest quality customer service at ALL times. (Retail and hospitality experience is considered). In return for your on going commitment you will be given an attractive basic salary with regular reviews, a 30% performance related bonus, a final salary pension, staff discounts and 22 days holiday with the opportunity to buy more.
