| *** Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in customer services *** Resource Direct is currently recruiting for opportunities within the customer services department of a well know insurance company with offices in central Bristol. Our client is a renowned and respected UK insurance provider. They have recently launched a new division of their business and are looking for customer service advisors to deal with all incoming customer queries. As a Customer Service Representative it is your responsibility to respond efficiently to customer enquiries and to ensure that all customers are given a 1st class level of service. The role is based in a vibrant and friendly office environment, you will be given great training and ongoing development and support from your team leader. The salary and benefits package is outstanding. You will be offered a basic salary of £14,000 to £16,000 DOE, a 10% annual profit share bonus, an 11% pension fund that if you wish you can opt to take in your salary, a flexible benefits package and up to 25 days annual holiday.
