Resource Direct is currently working with a prestigious local employer to find hard working and dedicated individuals to work in an insurance claims department for a company with new based in Bristol.

The company is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. They manage the insurance of over 2 million members and customers. They are extremely customer focused and very proud of the fact that they put their customer’s needs first in every situation.

You will be working in a lively and friendly office environment, you will receive comprehensive training and support and you will be recognised and valued for your hard work. You responsibilities will be to…

- Settle claims through the proactive management of all parties.
- Identify any invalid claims and to deal with them in an appropriate manner.
- Resolving customer complaints within specified service levels.
- Proactively manage your caseload in a timely manner in accordance quality standards.
