| Working for a highly reputable fleet vehicle management firm. Your role entails: ·Allocate vehicles to physical events based on date, geographical and commercial factors within timescales ·Escalate auction stock shortages or overage cases to Stock & Allocation co-ordinator and your team leader ·Ensure all movements are created for bulk deals within agreed timescales ·Assist the team with the management of the Days in Stock SLA, investigating each overage vehicle and working with the whole remarketing team to manage those vehicles through to point of sale ·Assist the team with the management of visibility ofstock, investigating each vehicle that is not available for sale and ensuring all vehicles are monitored and progressed ·Resolve all telephone and email enquiries within agreed SLA ·Consistently work toward exceeding all targets set to ensure the achievement of business objectives We are looking for excellent admin and pc skills with a good academic background.
