Resource Direct is currently looking for ambitious, hard working and money motivated individuals to join a team of business developers based in central Bristol. You will be working for an exciting employer who is one of the largest independant recruitment groups in the UK. The job is based in a modern and lively office environment and your day to day role will involve building relationships with prospective clients through networking and lead generation. You will be working to targets and you will receive comprehensive training and on going support from our mangers to achieve you financial goals. You will receive an attractive basic salaries of £18,000 plus and an uncapped commission package that can take your earnings in excess of £30,000. As previously stated you will receive ongoing coaching, training and support from a number of highly experienced mentors to help you maximise your earning potential.
