Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to provide end to end consultancy services to new and existing clients. The successful applicant will be running a full life cycle recruitment desk. They will be responsible for managing/developing existing accounts and responsible for generating and identifying new business opportunities. As a successful Recruitment Company within the I.T sector they have a strong database system which will help the successful applicant to flourish within the role. They also have no micro management; working in a professional environment with full autonomy to fulfil responsibilities and increase earning potential. What they are looking for: • An enthusiastic motivated individual • At least 12 months previous experience in full life cycle recruitment ( I.T. Sector preferred) • Ability to generate new business and account manage. • Clear and confidential telephone manner. • Good I.T. skills. • Presentable Rewards: • Starting salary £18-£20 k dependent on experience. • Contributory pension scheme. • Private medical insurance. • A structured commission scheme. • Car allowance. • End of year bonus. • Training and career development. • Salary and commission reviews. • This is all subject to completion of 3 month probationary period, and targets being achieved.
