| Construction Project Manager. Bristol. £40k - £45k + benefits and car/car allowance My client is one of the countrys leading specialist contractors providing customers with extensive expertise in Construction, Shopfitting and Bespoke architectural aluminium faade solutions. Formed in the 1920s, and employing 150 people, My client has firmly established itself as a nationwide contractor to high profile retailers such as Tesco and Aldi, developing a reputation for specialist expertise in retail solutions including refurbishments, extensions, fit-out and joinery. As part of their ever growing success in the industry, they are currently looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with retail experience to head up one of their new high profile projects in the south west. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the site, managing sub contractors and workers onsite. You will report to the Contracts Manager. As the successful candidate you will already have experience on live retail sites with a medium or large contractor. You will come from a trades background and have all of the relevant tickets. An excellent leader and communicator you will have an outstanding track record of finishing jobs on time and within budget.
