As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Progressive, you can expect your day to day tasks to include the following: Actively sourcing jobs within clients companies Selling yourself and Progressive’s recruitment services to clients and candidates Organising interviews, taking and giving feedback to both parties Negotiating rates between the two parties Selling Closing deals! The benefits and incentives for this role include: 26 days of formal training (well above the industry average), as well as constant on the job training, support and guidance from senior consultants, team leaders and managers A Personal Development Plan agreed with your manager in your first week to set personal objectives of where you want your career to go, and what you need to do to achieve it 23 days of holiday per annum, increasing by 1 day for every year worked A competitive basic salary plus unlimited commission (we do not limit the amount of money our consultants can earn, as the more you earn individually, the more profit our business makes). Realistic first year earnings of £40k+ Lunches in some of Europe’s most exclusive restaurants Fantastic nights out and parties Competitive car targets (you could be driving a Porsche in 3 years time!)
