| Due to successful growth our clients a leading Insurance company based in North Bristol are looking for a Sales & Service Manager. You will be working alongside another Sales & Service Manager, to ensure the success of this regional business unit The Job To manage Sales & Service activity within a Regional business unit, achieving sales & customer service targets enabling delivery of the business plan within budget whilst reinforcing the companys Group brands. The skills - Technical ability to operate at competent technical levels across the relevant product range and functions exposed to the contact centre; - Ability to include analysis, identifying trends and the ability to make timely decisions and take appropriate action based on findings; - Proven experience of effective leadership and management of teams of people in a Sales focused contact centre environment; - Enjoyment and experience of leading and working to department wide quality, volume and conversion targets and initiatives and achieving these; - Good understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements that will affect the customer experience and operational processes in the contact centre; - Previous knowledge of General Insurance is essential - Proven track record of building effective working relationships with the ability to lead, motivate, develop and inspire others to achieve their full potential; - Excellent written, and oral communication and numerical skills; - Minimal travel to group sites; - Effective cost centre handling.
